SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on all Testorise orders.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control can affect delivery.

TRACKING
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the shipment.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Contact support@testorise.com as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Contact support@testorise.com with your order number if the issue remains or if the package arrives damaged.
